At Eliksir, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a refund for products returned within 30 days after your purchase date for orders placed with Eliksir Limited directly.

Step 1: Fill out the Return/Exchange Form located on the back of your returns slip. If you cannot locate your returns slip, please click here to print your Return/Exchange Form out.
Step 2: Package the products and your Return/Exchange Form in any secure box of your choosing.

Step 4: Please allow 7-14 working days for your return to be processed and for our customer care team to contact you. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

**Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise, but you can select the carrier that works best for you.**

• All refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
• Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If your order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
• We can only accept returns for items purchased from eliksir.com. Products purchased from other retailers or e-tailers can only be returned to the original place of purchase. When you choose to buy through these outlets you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.
• Products bought on eliksir.com must be returned by post.
• We cannot refund any postal charges you incur to return the item to us, unless we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival.
• We cannot refund any Tax, Customs or Duties charges that you may have incurred at the time of delivery.
• Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging.
